1. Refunds
1.1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to property listers who have paid for listing their accommodations on MyStayDirectory.com.
1.2. Refund Requests: Property listers may request a refund within 7 days from the date of payment if they are dissatisfied with our services or wish to remove their listing from MyStayDirectory.com.
